Out of this world appalling treatment. 15 year old daughter went to have hair cut on her own. Booked herself in and attended at said time and date. She thought she had booked for wash cut and blow dry to be told very rudely. " haven't got time for that". She was in her words embarrassed and now felt totally put out. She had a very dry trim. No spray nothing on very long hair with very little taken off. Cost 16 pound. She was in the salon less than 20 minutes as she had walked to Costa and was calling me at 11:20 to let me know of her appalling and very upsetting service. I rang when home from work and funny but they knew who I was talking about straight away. They told me a dry trim takes half an hour then said she was in the salon for twenty minutes! Never got monies worth then. There is no customer service or niceties that you would expect. They never offered to review my daughters' hair even when I said the cut was appalling. They did apologise really and what can you do about that then. I know vote with feet and never return. I am now paying for her to go somewhere else to have a nice experience and decent hair cut.

On average I have my hair cut here once a month. The stylist who does it enjoys chatting to me and makes me feel very much at home. With regard to the others they all seem friendly and show enormous patience when dealing with their more elderly customers. I enjoy my visits

I've only been here once and probably wouldn't return. My haircut wasn't bad, the price was quite reasonable, the surroundings comfortable and modern, the location convenient - so why my reluctance to return, I hear you ask? I was in the salon for probably close to three hours. And throughout that time my hair stylist barely spoke to me. She was far more interested in gossiping about her other clients to her mate than actually being polite to her customers, it seemed! And later on she made it known how she felt about Eastern Europeans. Lady, if you want my custom, keep your prejudices secret please! I was pretty offended by the whole experience actually. My partner had his hair done here too at a separate occasion (before me) and he was also largely ignored by the staff, so I don't believe I was a special case. We were made to feel like inconveniences rather than valued customers.
