I purchased a Bosch integrated fridge freezer for an upcoming new build project. When I installed the appliance at the final stage of the build I discovered that it was sent with a cracked plug, a missing shelf, and missing fittings - and most important DID NOT WORK. I have now been without a working fridge/freezer in my new home for two weeks now with no end in sight. Had to get a Bosch engineer to come out - and the item still does not work. Another engineer is due a week from now (!). This could be remedied easily, yet as of this writing the company refuses to take responsibility and refund my money or offer a replacement appliance. Shockingly poor treatment and the experience has put a huge damper on what was to be an exciting chapter of moving into - and enjoying - my new home. :(

These people are CROOKS.Paid over £1000 for a new fridge freezerWas told they will deliver into my home. We had one step into our patio and the young rude delivery man refused to take it in all of a suddenSo I refused deliveryHe said noLeft it on the street. No fridge and no money.

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a Microwave, I did not see that it was graded and yes I should have taken more care and I am not blameless. However I believe that this deceitful company use the "Graded" terminology to mislead the customer. Having received my damaged microwave it was explained to me that I should have known it was not a brand new product because of the price and it was mentioned to me verbally when the despatch department called me to confirm delivery that the microwave was graded. Apparently graded can mean a scratch, poor packaging or other defects. Yes I agree if you drill in and search the website you can see photos of the damage, I did not do this and recommend that any buyer does this. I pointed out that they should inform you exactly what is wrong with the product when booking the delivery, of course they don't want you to know this so they just use the term graded. they obviously know they are misleading the customer. I was refused my money back because apparently I raised my voice on the phone. To be honest I would rather keep the damaged item instead of having to deal with this shocking company who know exactly what they are doing.

Washing machine was ordered ? new unused graded ? it has clearly has been used as I found dirt in the filter and a rotting pound coin. When I called I was told they will call back with a discount . they have not yet done so . Bad review will be removed when I receive a discount for a used item . Kieran Webb

After looking at the crazy prices to replace our ancient range cooker I found an ex demo from The Appliance Depot. Not only was there a significant discount off a brand new model they were offering a further 10% discount online. Ordering was simple and efficient. We were soon contacted to arrange delivery and contacted again 30 minutes prior to arrival. The lad delivering the range was polite, courteous and informative. I was amazed how quickly we were able to get the huge, heavy range from the van to the kitchen and he was a credit to the company. After a quick check over the item was exactly as described. All communication with the company has been excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend the Appliance Depot and will definitely use again.

Our new oven arrived very quickly but unfortunately the handle had a snag on it. We contacted Anna at customer services and another was ordered. It arrived within a couple of weeks but was also faulty.I contacted Anna again and a new one was ordered and delivered within 1 week.

I had bought a Bosch fully integrated dishwasher which was far cheaper than competitors like AO/Currys. It was a graded product but upon reviewing it on collection, only the box was damaged. There was no damage to the product itself. The appliance had been installed and it is working perfectly. Can't fault the item that I had bought and I would give this company 5 stars as I don't think I would have been able to purchase such a reputable make for such a price anywhere else.

Really happy with my dryer. The price was attractive and everything was as described. I received confirmation email, straight after the payment and a few phone calls, keeping me updated about the delivery day and time. Highly recommend!

One star is too good - Buy from a reputable retailer not these cowboys. Thought I?d bought a nice new product at a slightly discounted price only to find it was a low grade different item that had been wrongly advertised. Travelled a good distance to collect. No customer service, no offer of a different product only to be told mistakes happen. However their mistake cost me money in travel etc when I was looking to save money.

Please do not use this company if you are ordering a large appliance. They will send it out with a single driver and the minute the appliance enters you property damaged deny any liability. Awful customer experience. You are better off paying more at a more reputable company.

Ordering our Smeg cooker was very easy, and being ex-showroom was very good value for money. The cooker arrived on the day it was supposed to and also it arrived a little early. The young delivery driver was polite and helpful getting the cooker into the house.

Ordered a graded item for £400+ but it is so damaged its not useable. It was not in a saleable condition. The box even had bird droppings on it! no apology and apparently I need to pay £50 + Postage to return it. Terrible. Do not use.
