A great place to visit with family & take your dogs too! Very friendly place. Service cancelled be a bit slow probably cause it's a relaxed atmosphere.

Vegetarian options: quite a few different options like a veggie roast ect..Parking: not a huge car park on weekends can be hard to find parking but on weekdays its good.Kid-friendliness: very child friendly as the garden is very bigWheelchair accessibility: relatively wheelchair accessible

The Black Horse is situated in the picturesque village of Foxton, just off the A6 about 3 miles out of Market Harborough. We are a short walk on the tow path from the popular tourist attraction of Foxton Locks. If you are out and about visiting the Locks call and enjoy our large well kept garden areas. Using fresh ingredients to produce fabulous meals that you can enjoy outdoors or in our conservatory restaurant where you can still take in the extensive views of the countryside. If you are enjoying a break on a narrow boat, then there are 48hour visitor moorings either side of the Black Horse bridge in Foxton, we are only 50 metres up the hill. We offer a wide range of honest home cooked food and a good selection of real ales.
