Tryed to call for literally a whole day from morning til closing time to get them to release my prescription and not one time did they answer the phone. Disgusting imagine I was diabetic and needed insulin or another person with worse health than me trying to get in contact. It?s disgusting and unprofessional and I feel this pharmacy needs looking into and putting on some sort of monitoring or investigating and looking into how it?s ran

Never had enough staff at pharmacy, the staff is always in rush...management should not burden staff. Always have to wait 15-20 mins to be served..

I popped in Wednesday morning as I could get a Drs appointment and wanted someone to look at my sons wounds on his leg from falling at the skate park. I was worried it was infected and wasn't healing well.I was greeted upon arrival, waiting a few minutes for the pharmacist to come out she was happy to have a look and reassured me it was doing well given the depth of it and adviced me a what to do to keep it clean and covered.Couldn't of been happier with the service so thankyou

Never answer the phone, as stated friendly staff but no organisation. When I?m there for a prescription I?m waiting at least 15 minutes to be served.

1 of the worst pharmacist iv ever been to, you have to wait 30 mins to get your meds, half the time they dont even have it in stock, i get the fact that half the meds people need has to be ordered in specially, but seriously i waited well over a month for some vitamins that got prescribed. All i kept getting is we're out of stock. They NEVER answer there phone either. Seriously makes you think how there still in business. Might just change my pharmacy, even if i have to travel further, or even get my meds delivered by another pharmacy

This is the worst surgery ever move if you want any help at all. All the dr?s here just want to get paid for nothing. I have been struggling with pain for over 2 years, gp has done nothing to help me. They gave me 2 long term medications and then said a year later I should not be on both of them together! So when I asked the dr why have I been allowed to constantly call for repeat on these medications for over a year, when I challenged the damage this has done I was issued a warning!!! I finally went abroad after suffering bed bound for 2 years to get help and called the gp today with all the findings and talk about the medication that was recommended. Gp showed no interest in helping and when I asked for email address to send all my mri results, X-rays etc she told me to look on Google!!! Welcome back to Willowbrook medical! When I pointed out how unhelpful the call was she thought I was being unfare as she has tried to help me! Lol with what!! She helped with nothing at all!!! I?ll probably get a warning saying I am not allowed to go there anymore! What difference would that make to my health anyway! Terrible, I have no idea how this surgery has not been shut down

Terrible is being kind! Never have the medication, the wait time is horrendous, you wait half hour to be seen and another half hour for them to search for the medication only to tell you it's out of stock! GP if you're reading this sort your bloody practice out!!

very very very rude!! never answer the phone. so people have to go out in the cold already poorly to check if script ready to be told no and to come back. save poorly people coming out in this weather and answer ur phones! disgusting

Pharmacy Staff are friendly but pharmacy never got stock, a few time came to collect the prescription and have to wait for minimum 30-60 minutes. Sometime they says they haven?t got prescription from the doctors but when checked with surgery they said they have already sent it.Needs to have more staff and stock or should stop registering more patients with the pharmacy.Please do not register with this pharmacy unless you don?t have another option.
