Awful awful awful. Every time I go in, my issues or queries can NEVER be sorted. Needed to tax a new vehicle today. Unable to do online as previously taxed with disabled classification. Apparently could only be changed in post office. But the Government website failed to tell me that this could be ANY POST OFFICE EXCEPT FLECKNEY!!!!!!!Couldn?t be bothered to have eye contact with me. Wasn?t even trying to help me, and said he didn?t have a clue what I was talking about.Absolutely terrible service. I will never ever use again and will also advise my friends and family to go elsewhere.

Came to collect my parcel- which I was notified via message had arrived there. The lady there ?checked? in the back and couldn?t find it? so I went over the road to the sorting office as I knew it had been delivered as per my text. I explained about my ?missing parcel?.They politely explained that parcels often go AWOL and that they would come over and properly check for me? low & behold, on our return 10 mins later, the lady from P.O. was standing there with my parcel! There was No apology, no acknowledgment it was even their fault! ZERO customer service!If I hadn?t had the good sense to go over the road to check at the sorting office and then return with a postie, I would have not received my parcel as it would have been sent back to the original sender! :-(Lastly, the place is also sadly very smelly in terms of odour of food cooking?? Not at all pleasant.

Rude staff, the young guy needs to learn how to smile and be polite. I ended up driving to kibworth post office to send my package, much nicer staff there.

This place is an absolute joke, rude staff apart from the young guy. Don't even try and call as you will never get an answer or it gets out down. One of the worst places for customer service and I'm sorry but it stinks. I only ever use this place if a parcel has been sent back otherwise I'd happily travel to another post office.

I live & work in the village & do use the post office for various things regularly, mainly postal (obviously?it?s a post office!). Have only ever had one problem & that was a parcel being too big to drop off. Staff always polite to me (I am also polite to them, you get back what you give out!). My general take on people who do moan about the staff, would moan about anything! At least we have a post office still, so if people don?t like the place, don?t use it & then moan when it?s closed down! Anyway, good little shop & very handy in the village!

So rude and unhelpful and would not help with a top up of Eon electric AND if the woman came off her phone whilst she is meant to be serving would help.Very disappointing.

The dwp now send sms codes for pensions to mobile phones with instructions for the post office and pay point staff how to use it. I went in with 2 of these codes and the grumpy miserable man behind the counter would not cash then all he said was no bar code no cash i explained how it worked but no he just kept on saying no bar code and waving my phone about he was ignorant to the end. I drove to another post office explained it to them and no problem cash paid.

The Toast Office is absolutely amazing! From the professional yet cheerful, friendly staff to the mass of vegan and gluten free options to the wonderful standard menu and quirky coffee shop feel! I'd like to ask that you DON'T visit the Toast Office after reading my review - to ensure that I can always get a table when I visit!! I don't want to miss out on any of their specialist cakes, sandwiches or smoothies! ð???

It has been a pleasure to use this post office Customers are made to feel welcome and all business is transacted efficiently and politely. I hope the bean counters who make closure decisions will reconsider their decision. I am reminded the old but true saying "if it ain't broke, Don't fix it!"
