Owner needs to re-educate himself on basic retail skills, judging by the latest comments I'm not alone - I've been in retail for most if my life, I would be out of a job if I treated customers in similar style.You can get awkward customers, but the old adage still sticks "the customer is always right"Remaining polite in the face of adversity, is paramount.?Update 2023?What a difference a face makes, new management and a totally opposite experience to what I originally revealed, the new staff are great, helpful and pleasant, the main man is highly knowledgeable and goes the distance with any tips and advice, and persona is on point.It's a busy place, folks are generally impatient, so kudos to all the staff, I now have no issues with posting or receiving, you've got your 4 extra stars, you've earned em.

Went in just before closing on Friday and the gentleman behind the counter went out of his to help me collect a missed delivery. He was very helpful and cheerful amd saved me a lot of time and effort!

Incredibly helpful and friendly team! I was really unsure what was happening with my parcel so I went to see if they might know anything to arrange a re-deliver not expecting much. The manager took my number and gave me a call when the parcel arrived at the post office the same day! So very helpful really pleased with their attentivness!

They always give great service and go out of their way to help you if you are not sure of anything or having difficulty in sorting postage out. Great to have in the village
