This is a small post office along with a convenience store in the New Parks area of Leicester. Despite their small size they provide a huge range of postal services and their customer service is brilliant. Recently I even used them to exchange 100 pound notes with 1 pound coins because there is no bank nearby. They happily did it :-) The gentleman working there is very polite and helpful. 5 Stars for their customer service ?

Always friendly and very helpful. I go out of my way to this Post Office as I do not want to see it close down as having this Post Office is a very important part of community.
