Came in to get a fixed shower head, i had detailed pictures and the brand name. A member of staff was extremely unhelpful and just told me to look online barely looking at my pictures. He didn't acknowledge me waiting patiently aswell, as he was talking behind the desk. A terrible experience that won't bring me back or anyone i know.
