The lacklustre performance by serving staff is prominent in this particular McD's.No visual energy or haste rewards me with a barely warm breakfast muffin, and a cold welcome..On opening this well known breakfast feast, I thought, they wouldn't use this offering to advertise on their polished advertising campaign...only the well endowed and starving public would feast on this offering..I've definitely ate in much better McD's ran efficiently with the customer in mind, using the McD's fast food mantra at its core..but this place ?No..

Ordered from here twice through McDonald?s app and first time food was completely soaked by coffee, which granted could be delivery. But you?d assume it?s common sense to not bag the coffee with the food.2nd order I didn?t receive part of my order as on breakfast meal there?s an option for ?extra hash brown?, where I checked ?no?. Only to receive two meals without any hash browns? Are the employees that incompetent they don?t know what ?extra? means? Good luck trying to call too, either rings endlessly or the straight up reject the call.Who knew working fast food was this difficult to get right.Would advise anyone to avoid ordering from here for delivery.

This mcdonald always seems to leave something off of your order. When you report something missing it is always such a battle to rectify it (I gave up this time). Save yourself the stress and go to a different one!

This place is ridiculous for McDelivery's as they constantly forget items placed from the Mcdonald's app. It's difficult to get a hold of anyone as it's ordered through the app but delivered by uber.McDonald's are not interested, and trying to get through to uber is a pain to get a refund! Staff really need to take care of customers orders by getting it right, but going by the problems they really don't care!!

We ordered food at the drive thru but when we collected our order an item was missing so had to go inside to collect it. Staff were polite and rectified the situation without any drama. Food was great and we'd come here again.

Terrible managementHad a Mc delivery, missing items and rang but never answered so I had to go to the restaurant after paying £3.99 delivery, they said you have to go through Uber for a refund on my delivery and then I heard a manager in the background say - tell him to make a complaint to HO he won?t get anywhere!!!!! Terrible and then another manager said I?ll give you your missing item but I don?t have to ? Ordered food for delivery via the McD app and was missing an item. After much time wasting phoning the driver and this restaurant to get my item delivered I was told that I have to contact the company delivering. Turns out following their ?guidelines? I will get a refund of £2.50 refunded into my account within a 14 day period.I rang the restaurant and spoke to the manager to try to understand why it is the responsibility of the courier (Uber) when a member of his team failed to put all items in the bag. The courier is not able to check as the bag is sealed. I did not get a reasonable acceptable explanation or any offer to have my item delivered.My advice to you is forget deliveries through this company as you won?t get a satisfactory outcome if the staff fail to provide all the items ordered.I did ask if I could buy a McTasty for £2.50 as this was offered as a refund surprisingly I can?t.So not only am I ?hangry? I am out of pocket because one of the staff couldn?t do their job properly!?
