The toilets were well up to the usual McDonald's standard. The car park was almost full, more spaces would be good but they have no room for them.

Sat in Mac Donald's had 2 cheese burgers a big Mac and chocolate milkshake. Just finished my burgers luckily the manager was sitting beside me. He picked his nose in a public area and wiped it on his shirt and also had a cut on his finger. So due to this I will never eat here

The staff are incompetent, they don?t know how to put dips into bags, it?s too much for their tiny brains to comprehend how to correctly pack an order despite it being right there in front of them on the screens/tickets.

If your an uber driver its a fastfood resteraunt however for walk in customers its a 25min wait. Dont bother going in you wont get served quickly at all. It wasnt even busy when i went at 1.35pm.

The drive through service could do with a make over. At peak peak times it takes forever to get your food.Parking: Big issue the uber, just eat etc chaps take up all the space

Couldn't get my head round the app, offers and self service screen interaction (definitely not for the same reason Afroman didn't clean his room/ go to class/ go to work etc) and the awesome Khalisah sorted me out beyond the call of duty. I hope McDonald's are paying Khalisah at least £15/h basic. Staff like her ultimately make more for their employers at double the minimum wage than a bored, disinterested monkey being paid the peanuts that is the UK minimum wage for young people in the UK.This McDonald's is one of the better branches of a brand that, despite a lot of hate, has come a long way towards environmental sustainability and provision of healthy nutrition. Clearly a burger, fries and a high sugar fizzy drink is not healthy - but if you switch out the coke for a coffee, the fries for a salad and make the burger a veggie one... Then you have delicious food that is at least not desperately unhealthy!To clarify, this is a positive review of the staff and any criticism is aimed at myself, the customer. Owners response sounds like he thought I was giving a negative review, far from it. My main criticism of McDonalds is that the veggie delux is no longer an option for the £2.99 burger and fries on completion of survey. Also I dislike sugar free drinks with artificial sweeteners. Stocking diet pop is nothing to boast about ?Parking: Max 90 mins.Kid-friendliness: It is a kids focused establishment. Don't bring your chubby kid though.Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic sliding doors big enough for large wheelchair.

First of all , this restaurant is like any other McDonald's "nice" however this one has their stock sitting outside in the cages.. These are labelled as keep frozen, yet they are standing outside... From what you can clearly see in the photos I took... Bad handling of the foods they serve here.. During my time eating my meal in the car and having posted my report, 2 workers came outside to move a few of these food cages towards the back door to be used for cooking .... Never have I seen any other takeaway venue keep their frozen goods outdoors ... This will be forwarded to the Leicestershire Food & Drinks Standards and Trades and Standards department...

We ordered food and had someone go to the resturant to pick it up without realising we would need the phone to prove we were there and collecting the food. I sent the ss to the person with the order details so they could show McDonald?s and have the food picked up. I payed for food however they refused to give us the food even with the ss of the order and seeing the food order on the screen. Poor service and very bad management.

I had a drive-through, so I can't really comment on the atmosphere. I don't know why, but I have to keep telling the staff to fill the fries in proportion to the order. For example, if you order large fries, the fries only fill half of the box they come in, which means I'm paying more for less. This isn't the case at just this one store. It seems to be the same elsewhere, like London, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, etc... Its, like the staff know this yet carry on doing it unless you spot it and tell them about it, and then they'll correct it.
