They love sending food that is out of date the same day it is delivered.Good job my eyesight is good because someone who is vunerable could get food poisoning.I have had bread out of date now meat!Disgusting.

Avoid their delivery service. They failed to make a delivery, only responded generically and are still yet to make a refund in nearly a week. Clearly there are serious customer service and delivery issues

Overall, I had a positive experience at Iceland Supermarket Blaby. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of frozen foods, as well as fresh produce and other grocery items. In my opinion the prices are a bit high, but I think for the quality of products is worth it. We've bought a profiterole cake which is really delicious.The parking lot at is small, so it can be difficult to find a spot during peak hours.

excellent selection and love Iceland, but this afternoon not many people in shop, the staff mess around say thing which wasn't nice to hear and the young man that served me was none professional ask what till he would like to go to why he was having chat and laugh with another staffand just point ? to till well though to myself what service notmo please no thankyouand he look like didnt want to be there,I'm so so angry and annoyed ?it does no cost alot to be politespecial when your spending lot of money !!!!!!!!!!!!
