Great selection of carpets and underlay. Experience staff that take time to explain things and willing to listen. Abdul in store is a credit to the company and customer service is excellent. Adrian who came out to measure the rooms was very helpful and his experience and knowledge really helped us to make decisions on which carpet and underlay to use.We have always used Carpetright and will continue to use them and fully recommend them.

It was a very good experience and the person we had was very positive. We had Olena as our sales person and she was very helpful as the prices were sometimes very high. However,she gave us very good advices about good carpets material which were at affordable prices and how to place them.
