Everyone in the store is so friendly and helpful. The optician I saw was very kind and has referred me for a cataract removal. The NHS contacted me within two hours and I have chosen where this will happen and the date of the initial telephone consultation.

Considering one is paying hundreds of pounds the level of customer service and interaction is lacking. Staff don't speak much, seem obtuse and maybe slight training in people skills is needed at Leicester Beaumont leys site (sight). Had to get refund on glasses as couldn't see when new glasses arrived had to return after 1 week recommended to try but still not right. Was getting pain in eye when trying to focus because prescription was not done right. When getting refund lady messed up by charging twice so manager had to step in and double refund. Please pay attention to details as that is very important
