Absolutely terrible customer service. Accepted the order despite being in no position to fulfil it.Food arrived after 2 hours, cold, and one of the kebabs was wrong. Rather than calling to explain they just kept putting the delivery time back and wrote "sorry had no mixed shish" on one of the kebabs.Called to complain and...

Placed a simple fish and chips order which never came. Waited 30 mins altogether, still no food, we were in the shop so no excuse with delivery drivers. So strange, staff wouldn't tell us what was going on! Requested refund (took 3 requests) then left to go elsewhere. Won't go back.
