Reception and counter staff were very attentive and helpful. My situation was a little complex so I was especially grateful to have Anissa explain and talk me through the whole thing! She even wrote a step by step guide for me so that I won't forget.

It's always been a stifling experience visiting Barclays, and it's just getting tighter as time goes on.
