Missing items and food was cold due to delay in delivery. Rang uber and were completely useless and rude. Rang mcdonalds who would not help and told us to ring uber. Rang uber again and the same outcome. Completely and utterly poor customer service. Ripped off!!

I have had numerous deliveries through the McDonald?s app over the previous month for my family of 4 and on EVERY single occasion something has been missing! Weither it be the sausages from the pancake and sausage breakfast to a happy meal to a double quarter pounder, every damn time.I used to just let it go and contact Uber for a partial refund on the missing items but now that they have done that a few times they won?t do anymore refunds and McDonald?s have washed their hands of the responsibility claiming they weigh the bags before they go out to ensure the order is correct which I would argue seriously need to be addressed!! How can you missplace a double quarter pounder or 20 chicken nuggets???

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order for three wraps and a black coffee, but after waiting for 20 minutes with no update on my order, I decided to enter the restaurant to inquire about its status.Inside, I spoke to a young man who assured me he would retrieve my order, but despite waiting longer, it was not provided. Eventually, I approached the young lady who initially took my order, and she managed to assist me promptly.The entire experience was marked by significant delays, a lack of communication, and a feeling of being dismissed when I addressed the issue with the staff.What's more concerning is that I observed other customers experiencing similar delays, indicating a systemic issue with the efficiency of service at this location.As a local guide on Google Maps, I feel it's important to share my experience to inform others about the service standards at this McDonald's location. It's disappointing to see such poor service from a well-known brand like McDonald's.I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve their service and ensure that customers do not encounter similar problems in the future.

The food is the food but Abby the customer care assistant is out of this world. I came in with my 3 daughters from school and we were greeted by Abby, straight away she asked how we was and interacted with my girls. Once we had finished she came over and asked how we all was and had further interaction with us. I work for a prestigious OEM and we don?t even get the service that Abby showed.One in a million and McDonald?s you have a very good concept with customer care and amazing member of staff.

Just visited the drive thru, they forgot our order after 20mins we ended up going inside to find no staff we had to go right into the kitchen entrance to actually see a member of staff who was unaware that there was a order pending? after we spoke to him he brought us cold food we asked for fresh fries which he did do but once we got home found that our order was missing a few nuggets?. Overall really poor service

Awful, absolutely awful. I got no French fries and I asked for no pickles and extra bacon on my cheese burger, it is my normal order but instead this time I was given an original cheese burger and attempted to ring up about it and the employee rudely ended the phone call. Not happy at all About this!

We didn't go in. Just used the drive through. It was quite busy and noisy. Staff were lovely though.
