I might be more inclined to purchase your expensive "artisan" bread were it wrapped and not at cough level. Today I witnessed a middle aged lady picking up various loaves then putting them back. Please review because the current display isn't exactly appetizing .

Handy place to stop for a healthy and good priced lunch. I don't know if it is allowed, but I went with a colleague and we purchased some salads and drinks from the supermarket and we eate them in the tables of food hall.The food hall bar has only sandwiches or similar with are not really my cup of tea so I will stop here only if I can have the food from the supermarket.

Out of date food on shelves, wrongly labelled offers which store would not honour. Very poor, what's happened to marks and Spencer??? Not the quality it used to be.
