Fantastic gym for all ages shapes and sizes.Started doing PT with Dan, once he showed me the ropes I knew what I was doing so joined the gym on my own.It?s such a friendly place and for someone like me who usually finds a gym daunting this is the complete opposite, everyone there is on different levels and it?s such a nice environment.
