An amazing 5 start service. The contract offered was the cheapest I could find. Dave, the Sales Manager, was professional, polite and curious and more importantly, quick and efficient while arranging the requested contract. All in all, a very positive experience, recommended by Buttercup Dental Ltd.

Direct365 collects three separate bins for us. All three of the technicians I have had have been absolutely wonderful and always completed their job on time. Unfortunately, I can’t leave 5 stars as I was stuck with an overflowing sharps bin (due to admin issues, not the technicians) and a customer service team that wouldn’t...
