Well what can I say, I didn't think customer service could fall to such depths.I met a very rude guy when I went to inquire about a contract.He said and I quote "this doesn't work the way you think", and I didn't even have to tell him what I had in my mind.His attitude was out of this world, as if he owned Vodafone or so it seemed. I was asking about something, he was telling me something else and he was too busy not listening to what I was saying.If he keeps this up I doubt anyone will be motivated towards Vodafone.

Very rude and pathetic customer service.One of your staff at Preston store thinks he is giving the phone at free of cost ,he is not ready to share any informations regarding the phone and also he is insulting the customer. Please give a proper training for your staff . I had deal with many other network providers like ?three? their staffs are very good at dealing with the customer?s and I didn?t expect this from Vodafone.

Couple of weeks ago went in , needed help with upgrade, the staff member was very helpful and offered me a really good deal but due to some technical issue asked me to go back again and then we can upgrade into that deal. Today i went in- different staff member-apparently manager- customer service skill questionnable,offered me a much worse deal, no eye contact, like not even wanted to help me really ....couple of hours later rang customer service that im leaving-again they offered me much better deals but i said no thank you. Bye Vodafone(ps.train your staff to treat everyone equally)
