After losing my car and house keys, I needed replacement for my house key. After checking other stores, the Range is the cheapest at one key for £7:00 or three for £14:00.I got the three as you can never have too many house keys!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENTToday, went into the shop to get some Christmas items. There was a 50% of all display items, which I thought was great. I even double checked with staff and they said, ?yes everything is 50% in this section?. I was like great. We stocked our trolley with items and headed to the tills. We were then challenged with the staff, as they said it was ?only for selected items? , which it never said on the sign. Then they proceeded to try and get someone (which We had to wait for about 10-15 mins for the employee to go to the manager) to prove we were wrong, basically calling us liars. They kept blaming the error on other employees and us for apparently ?not understanding the signs?. It?s not our fault for the mistake and therefore we didn?t want to buy it anymore because of the hassle they were putting us through.

Went here to buy some glassware and couldn't just find it ( my partner is in a wheelchair and the isles are quite close) when we asked staff for help we got " it's over there somewhere" from one girl and " if you found it, that's all we have" from another. NOT BE GOING TO THE RANGE AGAIN.Especail here

Always a friendly welcome from the owners, and one of the few non-chain coffee places that stay open all afternoon. The cuppa and cake is exceptionally good value, together with a varied menu. Spotlessly clean. These guys deserve your custom

This place has everything you need to make yr house more homey. But was surprised there was only 1 counter for checkout.. and prices were not sufficiently labelled. At least for my choice of item... and there was no price checker anywhere to be seen. But good things theres staff on the floor and were helpful.

I love the range but have had a few negative experiences at this store.Firstly, echoing a few reviews below, there often seems to be extremely long queues for the till although it does move quicker than anticipated.The store is cluttered and it's so hard to maneuver because of palettes / boxes especially when you have a pram.Finally, on my last visit, I was accused of not paying for some chocolate which was under the pram (previously bought from home bargains) and I had the receipt. Now, having worked in retail previously for five years I appreciate at times, these questions need to be asked however the cashier was rude, pointed under the pram and asked if I was going to pay for those and scoffed when I apologised and explained they were from another shop but I did have the receipt if needed.I definitely feel like this store would benefit from further customer service training.

Having searched Christmas lights online, The Range seemed to have a large selection to choose from.When we called in we were not disappointed. Their selection was superb! Loads of different types from interior to exterior lights from rope lights to shapes and signs. Heaps of choice and not just in boxes but out on display, numbered to make choosing them easy. Plus all led so low power consumption and absolutely spoilt for choice.

Poor customer service had to return my Xmas tree because the range sold me a x display or store retuned x mas tree parts were missing and packaging inside the box were riped open with missing tree legs and centre pole damaged didn't get a explanation why this x tree was sold the way it was i asked the customer service can i exchanged for another one sure you can help yourself i asked can i have assisted to open and check the inside of the box she replied do it yourself there's no one here to do that she's on here own that's poor for a shop chain size of the range business get a grip the range and train staff better oh no management around either what's going?.

Came here with my partner looking for a few bits for our house. Ended up getting a few extra things from the seasonal section for Xmas as well. The store is very close to Preston centre and has a big car park.
