We have found this pharmacy to be efficient especially with the home delivery (the gentleman always calls to make sure we are in first). We have also found them be reliable and have always delivered their services perfectly. Reliability is important to us as we used a local pharmacy previously and had numerous issues with shortages but also giving the wrong medications which happened on three occasions using a cheaper product. (they had been informed itmust be a specific brand due to side effects)

I have used this pharmacy for many many many years and I am always treated in a professional, customer focussed, and efficient way. They can always, if asked, advise on any question regarding over the counter medication and are willing to help in any way they can. As a front line health service they are very busy yet all the staff are very friendly and approachable..Thank you

Some staff members need training on professionalism. It isn?t helpful to speak in condescending, aggressive tones to someone simply trying to pick up medication. This seems to be a common experience with this particular staff member, from speaking to other service users. Not acceptable.

Absolutely disgusting experience I've just had in here of a new member of staff after years of only using this pharmacy talked down to and scoffed at in from of my children and medication withheld, after phoning once home they had the nerve to lie and cover for her disgusting attitude I won't be using this place again bring back the old staff they was polite pleasant and very helpful this one thought she was a bouncer at a club with a chip on her shoulder

This review is open and honest. I have bipolar and i never had any issues getting my meds but they try and wiggle out of doing them and the woman on the phone was disgustingly arrogant now I'm in floods of tears and I'm prepared to hurt myself over it i hope you can sleep at night vile pharmacy!!!

Wonderful pharmacy. The pharmacist is always so helpful whenever I come and the service is always good, never have to wait long for prescriptions! genuinely nice staff and no idea what the other reviewer is on about the pharmacist is a good chap. Keep up the good work!

I stoped going there as he made me wait till everybody had gone and told me not to call him 'chuck' or 'hun' as his wife would get the wrong idea!!! What a plank..firstly he needs to loom in the mirror...as if anybody is going to chat him up and secondly....its lancashire dialect! U call people hun and chuck all the time in preston!! AS U CAN TELL...NEVER WENT BACK!!!! I changed to davis on plungy road. Staff r fantastic and r so friendly. He needs to go in there and learn a few things!!

I love this small pharmacy. They usually pick up my prescriptions from the nearby GP surgery and deliver them for me as I am often housebound, but whenever I've been able to go to the pharmacy they've been very patient, attentive and efficient. Excellent service all round and very highly recommended.

Excellent service and really friendly staff. My delivery was messed up due to a computer error. So I rang and they was very helpful. A member of staff actuall took time out to deliver it personally. A very big THANK YOU to all the staff.
