Went in again today was again greeted instantly by Mike. Customer Service here is beyond excellent and the staff are so helpful and friendly. It’s a shame your Blackpool store doesn’t have the same level of Customer Service.Top Job guys & gals ?”

“I came in to Rymans Preston to get some table plan cards printed that I had designed. I was so lucky to find Tracy. She immediately invested all of her time in to helping me find the right colour, and weight of paper stock to have my seating plans printed, after multiple versions and test runs we got them printed and she kindly offered to help me cut them on her new guillotine after I enquired about a scalpel. She was more then happy to spend her time carefully cutting out all of the cards to the highest possible standards. Tracy was beyond helpful and I can't thank her enough for all of her help and advice. It sounds like a small thing but, she went well out of her way to help me and I'm hugely appreciative.”

“Generally okay, staff efficient and tills usually staffed well.When they're not well staffed, the staff do speak about the reluctance of colleagues to come to the tills even at busy times in front of customers, hence why I know.Some items seem to perpetually be out of stock and I don't know why, do I just come at a bad time of the day?”

“Beautifully laid out and looking store. Staff helpful not ott and pushy like the SCS we visited down the road. Felt at ease to try sofas without being pounced on and as a result made a purchase. PS. The neighbouring SCS store is not Wheelchair friendly and the lift is out of order. DFS is on one large ground floor level and space is plentiful for a wheelchair.”

“Went into the store on Monday the 10th of January was looking for a cabinet to put my vivarium on had what I was looking for the price wast bad cost 25 for the TV cabinet and 15 for delivery for Saturday the 15th guy rang me I don't know their names for a time slot arrived within the time slot they had some difficulties carrying the cabinet up all the stairs and had to put it down as on of them forgot his gloves brought all the way through my flat and left it in the middle of the room till i sorted it out to put my vivarium on top few things I should of checked not going to down star is the inside of the double door of the cabinet it is full of cobwebs and dust obviously when stood depending how long it's been their for.I volunteered here in 2015 think around March may can't remember which month we had to clean all the stock regularly before sold or everday I know with covid and short staff/volunteers it is hard to keep on top not a problem as it can soon be cleaned not everything in this store is expensive depends on what your looking for yes they have new and used items re use not everyone has the money I rely on used stuff that's cheap half of the time although its very rare I buy anything from a charity shop as I never really had to for vivarium cabinets quite expensive.”
