Called at 10:45 on a Saturday morning tentatively asked if same day delivery was an option and the lady on the phone was so helpful she said yes straight away without giving it a second thought. I always feel awkward asking for flowers as I never know how much will give a nice bunch. This lady talked my language and straight away asked how much would you like them to be. Followed by what sort of flowers would you like. I struggle with knowing a buttercup from a dandelion so I just said as bright and colourful as you can make it, its for a 21st birthday. 4 hours later I have a lovely message from the birthday girl saying how lovely they were. Top marks all round great customer service and a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers put together with talent and skill. Thank you.”
