I'm always really impressed by Elements and today was no exception. This was my first appointment back after they were able to reopen, all the new measures were in place and I felt very safe but I also felt very relaxed. The treatment took my mind off everything, chatting to Molly quickly chased away any anxiety I've been feeling lately and it felt as though nothing had changed, despite the huge bee-keeper mask Molly unfortunately had to wear.I tried something new with my nails going for a trend I saw on instagram and Molly personally helped me select each colour.

Myself and my cousin visited today for an express facial as a pre-wedding relax. Lavinia and Ellie were absolutely amazing, from the moment we walked in they were extremely friendly and made us feel at ease. The facial was phenomenal for an "express". The products that were used were chosen by us based on which scent we preferred, and the girls explained the use of them. After the treatment we were given advice on skincare for futhre. The facial was the best we have both ever had and we cannot wait to come back!! Thank you both so much!
