“I have been going here for nearly 4 years to have my braces fitted and re-tightened throughout my visits. Every member of staff has always been welcoming and proffessional in everything they do.The customer service and friendliness of my othodontist Rachael/ Dora and the nurse Rebecca amougst others makes every appointment relaxing and friendly.Rachael/ Dora had to put two sets of ligatures on both my top and bottom teeth, which given how much space was on my ceramic brackets was impressive. I've never experienced a single problem with my braces apart from getting used to talking with them on...hated that.Also big thanks to Adele who gives the reception that friendly vibe.I've had a few cancellations over the years and never cancelled a single one myself. The process felt a little rushed towards the end, my teeth aren't perfect because of that, but i'm happy with them and the whole process that went into getting them that way.I will be looking to get my retainers in the next few days and i'm done.......Thank you all, keep up the great work putting nice smiles on peoples faces. :)”
