“Great just don’t have much petite clothing. What I tried on (petite black jeggings) they were still too long and were ridiculously loose in the calves. Ended up going to Matalan which had a better petite range and is cheaper.”

“Off price retail store to gave branded items foe less. Store having less branded items mixed with other rubbish brands as well, need lot more efforts to find right one that it used be before. “Really nice store all staff are lovely and always on hand to help and give advice. Only thing different is the 2 big sale's July + boxing day. These sale's were really good always look forward to going to them. For the 1s that took the time to go to the stores good bargains were had. With online at one time were only available an hour after the store's opening. The 2 big sales everything in store were half price or less. Anything what was in the store the day before sale were in the sale. From display light fittings, settee's the lot. Now there's more new arrival's then sale. With less people in store. Next must see the difference in footfall at the 2 sale's.with the change. What every town and city needs are people to be out to keep them open and people in there jobs”

He didn't have to help me as much as he did. So I'm glad.I also would like to thank Tom as well for his previous attentive work with my current bicycle helping me replace several older parts on it with after my previous one had its wheels and seat stolen. I've seen him almost every time I've gone in for improvements or with an issue. Everyone here has been immensely patient with me and their customer care truly is their priority. “Pretty standard New Look, 20% off offer was a bonus for my wallet, this store doesn't feel as cramped as some of the other stores. The layout still has alot to be desired, wandering round searching is almost something like they want you to do, to try and buy more!Staff were also much more friendlier than the Lancaster store.”
