Don't do it. Renting is not worth the stress.Jeremy Collins - your contact details are not available and the teams don't answer the phones. Currently on to maintenance after the reported repairs just get closed with no communication on any repair. You can not get an answer from anyone.on the renting side of the business.

I interacted with Katie during a renegotiation of my management agreement. Obviously, I cannot disclose the details of the agreement, but Katie was quite open and honest about what terms could apply, and offered them immediately and without quibble. They were better than my previous terms, so, to use the phrase I applied at the time ?I bit off her hand.?That is only to give the bald facts, though. I can be a somewhat difficult and eccentric customer to deal with, but deal with me Katie did, displaying great enthusiasm, and a keen sense of humour. They were financial negotiations, which can, at worst, be grievous and wearing. However, I emerged feeling positively joyous and enthusiastic. I hope I haven?t created unrealistic expectations for anyone reading this review. I realise life does not always work out so smoothly, but when Katie asked me to provide this review, I was more than happy to relate my experience.

Katie ward and the team a Farrell heyworth were amazing. They were very helpful throughout the renting of my property. Katie ward was always available for help, and acted as an excellent liaison . Their service is much appreciated and I would definitely recommend them to anyone renting their property.

I have spoken to Katy at Farrell Heyworth in Preston recently, and cannot recommend her or the company enough, she was so incredibly supportive, she took things at a pace that suited us, she was incredibly understanding and accommodating to what we were looking for, always following through and going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, she kept us in the loop every step of the way; and as well as being so polite, kind and courteous she was also incrediblycompassionate during a difficult time for us, her customer service was incredible and I honestly cannot thank her enough for all she has done, thank you Katy! 10/10!
