I went to the food bank because I lost my job and I had no money to buy food for myself. I was hoping to get some basic items that would last for a few days, but what I received was a joke. The package contained two cans of tomato sauce, one can of salmon, a can of chicken broth, frozen bread, and one sachets of mashed potato and rice. There were no eggs, no oil, no milk, no rice and no fresh fruits or vegetables. The only thing that was edible was a can of salmon ad cereal rolls but I had to eat them with water. This was not enough food not even for one day, and it was not nutritious or satisfying. I felt hungry, angry, and ashamed. The food bank did not help me at all, they only made me feel worse. They should provide more food and more variety to their comunity, and they should respect their dignity and preferences. This was the worst experience I ever had with a food bank.

Coronavirus advice needs with the help of Matt Hancock and Boris Johnson singing from one hymn sheet to spearhead an immediate nationwide campaign for best protection against it and scientific research for cure to it. The best two laboratories in the US, GB and EU, altogether six, need to compare and contrast current findings on ?antibiotic and IIV-LAIV vaccines? technologies to advance science on possibly eradicating this global disease. This together with improved dietary advice to include ?anti-oxidant vitamins immune booster? systemisation, will we hope allay the silent panic in the vanguard to quell and vanquish fear on unaffordable medicine helpful to nullify the painful virulence of coronavirus en route to the discovery of a cure and immunisation. Those people most vulnerable and in danger must be identified then prioritised for effective government protection, essentially these are ones with weaker immune systems especially little babies and the very elderly. The BBC must have a five minutes slot at the end of the day?s evening news for developments every day at the Department of Health and Social Care to best advise the public. Talking to en elderly resident in Fence - Pendle, I identified to her that if people are quarantined for several months, say three or four, that the most susceptible or prone to harn are in fact the elderly frail and the very elderly, therefore over months and months local government under guidance from parliament at Westminster needs to have rural and urban blueprints of frameworks for a community-wide services reorganisation for sustainable living in villages, towns and cities. This may well be developed for fast-track implementation under the auspices of the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government department and serves other countries around the world with not the knowledge of hands-on community reorganisation with care, action, solidarity and development that our intellectual fibre and professionalism on community works entails. Listening today to the press conference by Matt Hancock at, 10 Downing St, we welcome his plan to recruit thousands of volunteers to help his effort and his announcement about a purpose built hospital for unlucky victims called ?The Nightingale.? My advice further to this is to strictly tighten border monitoring and security policy including visas and entry into our nation, and also to prohibit all British citizens taking holidays and trips overseas. I think it will be a very good idea to ask the military and the NHS to work together if need be with more local well trained volunteers to organise compact clinics in local communities - to measure in little children and the frail elderly ?low? immunity and administer ?high? immunity drugs to increase protection. It must be made mandatory that shopkeepers and bank clerks etc., wear masks and gloves. The Health Secretary needs to make available advice on how to protect oneself and one?s family whilst treating someone with the virus at home, in care, in prisons, or at the hospital. He also needs to decipher and understand how well inner-cities with concentrated populations can best be policed and organised around the advice he gives, with it?s institutional impact on city life eg., mosques. GP advice to best prevent and best treat the virus has been given at this initial phase, advice on proper ?recovery? into good health after a patient feels better needs to be thought about seriously.
Thanks, your dearest brother,
