I took the garbage service car and didn't do it properly. I asked him to help me do it after they were unhappy with it. Unexpectedly, as soon as the car was brought back, there were many scratches on the front of the car and the rearview mirror. They thought it wasn't their business to scratch the front of the car when they were unhappy. Everyone, don't go to their car dealership. The employees who repair cars have abnormal psychological qualities

Tha repair to my car was superb, I couldn't see any sign of it having been damaged. The staff regularly kept me updated on progress and were friendly and respectful. The only disappointment I had was the interior had a covering of white powder, which looked like body filler powder.I would recommend Pye Motors to anyone wanting their car repaired.

I have been forced by my insurers on 2 separate occasions to use Pye Motors Body Shop and on both occasions the vehicle has come back with faults after they have 'fixed it'.

Excellent bodyshop Lee the Manager is always very helpful and the girls on the reception desk are very friendly and helpful, also Jim the estimator is an absolute gentleman

Scratch and dent repair to rear passenger side door. Excellent service all round. Excellent repair work even better that it has a five year guarantee. Admin ladies really helpful and kept me updated. Was given a ford Ka as a courtesy car which I wasn't happy about as I'm 6'4 and a bit lardy but soon had to eat humble pie as the car was surprisingly comfortable a good to drive. would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from both Lee (Manager) and Joanna (Customer service). It has been a little frustrating due to Covid 19 restrictions and delays and also the procurement of parts but they have been extremely courteous and friendly throughout and done a magnificent repair job all with good humour throughout.Service: Painting

Got given a courtesy car which was not like for like with our car, fuel consumption was greater then anticipated meaning we spent a lot of money then necessary. Miles per gallon was atrocious. When we picked up the car we found mouldy food underneath the passenger seat, which by the date on the wrapper had been there for over a month caused horrific smell filled the car. Overall I would not recommend this company to anybody as we found it vastly unsatisfactory.
