“The care both my Dog Benji and we as owners received from Pets at Home was amazing, losing a pet is the most difficult thing we have have been through and the Vet was amazing and kind also extremely considerate, my dog was made very comfortable and everything was great, our only grievance was the indignity of making payment over the body of my deceased dog whilst emotions was were high, it felt very uncaring in the moment hence the 4 stars.”
