Disappointed generally. Most of staff very nice but the older pharmacist lacks social skills & is abrupt & rude at times. We have now changed chemists to Bare as Torrisholme frequently don't have supplies of what is prescribed.

Very abrupt rude man on counter. First visit here and also my last. Threatening me with fines as he didn?t believe me over not paying for prescriptions. I?m old enough to know not to lie and don?t need talking to like a child. Would not recommend. Maybe nicer staff work there and I just got unlucky but needs to learn customer service skills!
