Always a lovely experience. Staff are friendly and helpful, and there's a good selection of items at reasonable prices.They even sell their own boardgame; which is brilliant fun to play.

I visited this store to drop off a bag of unwanted goods, when the man behind the counter finally lifted his head to acknowledge and serve someone else who had joined the que after me!!! I asked if he would accept my bag of donations, he then asked me what was in the bag, I said new bric-a-brac, he then responded saying 'that's what they all say' and no they couldn't accept it. I said no problem I will take it to someone who appreciates it. Its a shame this charity are turning away high quality goods, however other local animal charities benefited instead. Maybe some communication and customer care skills wouldn't go a miss.

I visited this shop last week. A customer informed a staff member that there was a high-value jacket with a low price tag, and suggested that it would sell for a much higher price if listed on eBay. Amazingly, the staff member said "we're not here to make money; just to move stock". Strange, I thought the whole reason for charity shops was to collect money for the charity - or what's the point?

Been to this Charity shop several times and loved it, but don't bother going if it's 15 minutes before closing time as they had already locked the door and didn't let me in. Wouldn't have minded so much but there wasn't any near by parking, and had to walk some distance to get there, needles to say I was disappointed that I couldn't even have a quick look before closing. I was told by the lady inside (that didnt let me in,) that parking directly outside the shop is only allowed if you are dropping off it collecting, which is useful to know.

BALD LADY AT COUNTER WAS VERY NICE LIKE A RAY OF SUNSHINE. ON HOLIDAY WITH WIFE AND GOT SOME POTS AND CLOTHES THAT LOOKED NEW. WILL COME BACK AGAIN IN SUMMER THANKS BARRY AND GILL.

we must have visited on a bad day! reading other reviews and looking at photos of this charity shop I can't believe it's the same place? we were on holiday and I took my 83 year old mil in for a look (we love a charity shop) I couldn't believe my eyes it looked as if it had been ransacked ! stuff in bags spilling out, toys boxes open with contents on the floor, brick a brack not even priced I'm sorry but on the day we visited it was a disgrace! mil nearly fell over three times, disgusting !

I bought a chest of drawers from here yesterday and was amazed at how clean they were. It's as if they'd been valeted. Most unusual for second-hand or charity shops. Excellent!
