“Attended my 2 yearly eyetest on Monday morning at 08:45 to be told I had a tear in my retina and they were referring me to Chorley Hospital.2hrs later Chorley Hospital ring me telling me to attend an appointment at 3:15.At 4pm I was having emergency surgery to repair 2 tears in my retina.I cannot recommend the staff enough at this shop as if they had not reacted as fast as they did the outcome I was told would have been a lot worse.Thankyou for the telephone call at 5pm checking on my welfare.Many thanks”
