Cross Fit Leyland isn't just a gym, it's a community that gives so much. I joined with zero confidence and fitness to match, my goal just to improve my overall fitness, no intention of doing the weightlifting or gymnastics. Couches and peers were welcoming and supportive from day one and fast forward 4 years , not only has my fitness improved but my confidence too, and I have made some amazing friends! Non of the toxic gym culture that you see and hear about in a lot of places, every one is supported and encouraged. Everything is scaled to your ability, so everyone and anyone can do it, all you have to do is turn up!

This place is amazing. The atmosphere is so welcoming and you are guaranteed to find new friends and people of similar abilities to help you reach your goals. The coaching team are brilliant with lots of support and knowledge from movement to nutrition.I wish did this 15 years ago because it?s the most I?ve ever enjoyed training. Don?t hesitate and jump in. You will be surrounded by a mixture of people all looking for that bit of self improvement from high level athletes to beginners looking to get started. All of them will encourage you, help you and share experience with you to help you progress.There are a variety of different types of exercise and various types of workouts so it all stays very fresh and adds a lot of new challenges and benefits that come with trying new things. There is always a scaling option and always a movement for everyone and every ability to be able to take part and push there own level.You won?t regret giving this place a try.What a gym what an environment and my progress is better now than I have ever been able to achieve before. I?m finally starting to feel like I have a body I can be proud of. And this is down to the type of training and being surrounded by the highly motivated and positive people on offer at the gym.Thanks CFL

CrossFit Leyland is a great gym for all abilities. All workout's can be scaled for personal preference without anyone noticing so whatever your sex, feeling weak, strong, injury or other, everyone can work to be the best they can! Coaches are super friendly and supportive whether a beginner who may require extra guidance or more experienced member who may need reminding of correct form to prevent injury. Lots of members also make use of competitions and also opportunities to gather and have a laugh away from the gym, although with a busy family life I don't get involved myself but feel the door is always open. Recently, the gym had a friend's day (see photo) and I took my two friends along to join me in a workout which was fun. I'm also looking forward to the Christmas party.

CrossFit Leyland (CFL) is hands down THE best gym/box out there.The coaches are professional, knowledgeable, experienced and welcoming.The CFL Community is second to none. There is always a warm welcome and friendly smiles to greet you.There are always plenty of events happening both fitness wise and socially to get involved in, and the CFL team work hard to continue the brilliant community ethos they've created over the last 11 years. It just gets better year on year.THE most friendly and supportive gym I've ever been to. Just absolutely love it, and all the people there.

CrossFit Leyland was were I found myself when I was lonely. I went to find friends with the same love of fitness I had, and I haven?t left, I now Coach here, I?m very lucky.Everyday I get to see young an old, all fitness levels, with all abilities work to better themselves, their bodies & minds through physical fitness and there?s no better feeling, this community makes my day.I was in the Armed forces for 26 years I had an extended family, I was a shock when I left, then I realised with this lot I still do, I can?t thank them enough.If you do read this, please don?t write yourself off coming down because you don?t know about CrossFit just take a leap of faith and this gym will welcome you with open arms and I guarantee you love the benefits.Tony

I joined CrossFit Leyland just over six months ago after wanting a change from a ?typical? gym. I was a bit lost post partum, having not really done strength training before, but every one of the coaches has been unbelievable. They really care and want you to get the most out of every class. There?s such a strong community feel to the gym, everyone is welcoming and no matter which class you go to, you?re made to feel welcome. I couldn?t imagine going to any other gym now.

I could write endlessly about the positives of this gym but I will try my best to keep it succinct. Since joining the gym in May 2023, my life has improved in pretty much every aspect. In terms of my work, I am more productive/efficient as regular training has forced me into a better routine and also into improving my diet and ensuring I?m eating enough of the ?good? stuff. My social life has improved x10 as I now have lots of new friends who I see daily and who share a common interest. In terms of fulfilment and progress, it is an absolute joy learning new skills every week and reflecting on the progress I?ve made in just 6 months. I feel strong, motivated and positive and it is all down to this wonderful gym giving me targets, a safe space to learn and an awesome community. Recently someone commented that I ?looked in great shape? and it made me laugh, as I realised that since joining CFL I have been so obsessed with the positive impact it?s had in every other area of my life, I haven?t even noticed the physical changes to my body. Thank you CFL for being amazing!

CFL is a brilliant gym. It will challenge every level of fitness - whether you're a seasoned crossfitter or don't know what it involves!Since coming here, I'm stronger in my lifts and faster at running - amongst other skills I've picked up.It's great to walk into a gym after work and be able to laugh and chat with positive like-minded people.I would recommend it to all ages and abilities.

Only started doing CrossFit a year ago as was recommended through friends. Have been to gyms locally however, will gladly travel the 30 minutes each way to come here. Very nervous when first started but the community and friendliness of everyone around you is priceless . The coaches really teach you and don?t leave you guessing.Would honestly recommend to anyone thinking they may want to try CrossFit, or are unhappy where they are to try this place.

I joined CrossFit Leyland just over a month ago after spending a while deliberating joining and putting it off because I was nervous and kept telling myself that I wasn?t good/strong/fit enough for CrossFit. I?m so glad that I decided to attend a taster day and knew instantly that I wanted to join. I can?t praise CFL enough! The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the gym community is very inclusive and welcoming. The workouts are tough but they?re adaptable to individual fitness levels and you always feel great afterwards. I already feel stronger and more motivated to achieve my goals - the best part is that I actively look forward to attending CrossFit classes, which is a feeling I?ve not really had with any other form of exercise in the past. If you?re like me and are on the fence about joining and starting something new, I?d 100% encourage you to give it a go!

CrossFit Leyland is an amazing inclusive fitness facility everyone. They invest heavily in their coaches, they have and incredible community and provide a premium service. I haven?t come across a gym so attentive to their customers.I would love to come back. See you soon.

This is the best CrossFit gym out there. The support and guidance that is received in the classes is amazing. It?s inclusive and has an amazing community. The owners make you feel incredibly welcome.Both me and my partner were members for a while before moving away and we cried the day we had to cancel our memberships. I still go back once a week for PT as I truly love the place and it?s absolutely worth the commute ?
