Rude staff. Need to learn how to be nice to customers and old people. I travel alot and everything these staff are abrupt and loud. Leyland tesco much better.

We visited the Chorley Tesco Mobile Shop on Tues 21st February 2023 with an issue with my Husband's mobile. We were met by Gary and we couldn't have had better customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and personable. He dealt with our issue in a professional and friendly manner. His knowledge and expertise is second to none. If we could have rated 6 Stars we would have done as he definitely went the extra mile for us.

This is a cafe, in a supermarket. It's never going to be Michelin star food or service wise but my God! it's a cafe where you can get a good brew and some cafe food. It's good, hot and tasty. I'm laughing at the folk who are rating here like they'd been for a 5 course tasting menu and been upset that someone had literally peed in their chips........

Not helpful, all the member of staff wanted to do was to sell one particular model of phone, which wasn't what I was looking for, being blind I wanted my phone to have certain options, but the guy just wouldn't listen to me, so we walked out of the store

What a fantastic team at Chorley Tesco mobile dept. Garry, iain and the rest of the team certainly went the extra mile for Cath and I, new phone, great deal and after our Australian grand daughter decided to drown caths phone, they helped me to deal with the claim and got Cath mobile again. Thanks guys would highly recommend this branch, great teamof guy's and girls

The cafe gets a lot of negative reviews which to some extent I understand. We had coffee and a bacon roll here this morning and, whilst the place could improve it?s by no means bad - the coffee and food we had was in fact very good and the service friendly. The COVID 19 procedures result in slow movement through the queue especially if customers don?t have the app; that said a simple organisational change could improve things, there simply aren?t sufficient staff to cook, take orders, deliver food and clear& clean tables - it wasn?t busy when we were there but delays could build up up especially when staff tried to process a discount vouchers in part payment..... if your going to promote the cafe make sure staff understand the process.

Went on Bank Holiday Monday. I was greeted with a friendly manner and my contact details were quickly take. My order and payment quickly followed and I was told which table to use. This made me feel safe. I ordered coffee and toast which soon arrived. I ordered another coffee which I enjoyed. I would recommend a visit as everything is safe and welcoming.

This place could do with a little more oversight, by a member of the senior staff. Staff touch to busy yacking to each other when dirty tales need clearing. In other words get the staff to pull their finger out,, or loose them..

The coffee was fine. The service was over and above by a lovely personable lady called Edwina. She was so cheerful and helpful to us and all who came in. A really pleasurable experience.

Since the government has introduced the 5 p bag charge. The clothing department has stopped folding clothes. I was shocked the woman just left it on the counter. I returned a few days to see if there Sales service had improved and though the sales assistant had made an attempt to fold some items they looked like they had been in a jumble sale.
