Absolutely fantastic service from Chorley pharmacy- having experienced stress with medication shortages at my own pharmacy Lizzie and Josh went above and beyond to reassure me that they could fulfil my medication request at short notice. The team were extremely helpful and attentive and the quality of service received was a breath of fresh air contrasted with other pharmacies. I can?t thank the team at Chorley pharmacy enough for helping me in what was an extremely stressful situation and I wouldn?t hesitate to go back.Many thanksChrissy

I worked as a locum dispenser at this pharmacy for three days, but I have only received payment for one day in September. However, I still haven't been paid for my work in October. I have tried reaching out to the management multiple times, but they haven't taken any action to resolve the issue. This kind of behaviour from the management is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the pharmacy as a whole.

Messed up prescriptions on more than one occasion. Noticed when I got home and opened the package. They NEVER answer the phone.

Sort your staff out. Shouldn?t take 1 hour to pick up your prescription. People needing medication that they desperately need to survive being turned away. Will be changing pharmacies! 0 stars if I could. Don?t even answer the phone! Good riddance.

Absolutely diabolical. No longer getting text messages when script is ready.. Queueing for up to an hour to get served, then waiting another forty minutes to get your prescription made up. People waiting outside because it is too full inside. Elderly people and young children getting stressed. Only gave it one star because I can not give none. Will definitely be looking for an alternative pharmacy.

Had a serious knee condition which needed medication after getting appointment at Library house and the meds prescribed it was sent to Chorley Pharmacy, went in at 16-45 and 35 mins later no contact made by any Staff other customers were sat around for ages and one lady said that her prescription had been there since the 22nd and she went to collect today 27th and still not ready, I then had to leave due to another appointment, I later called back around 20-30 and it was still not ready, eventually got it home to find it was wrong, I rushed back to be told I will have to return in the morning, said I needed the meds for my knee, she would not open door to me she was also very rude, No care was given to my needs and it was there fault they made the mistake and then she shouted that she was going to report me ? For what ?? Needing my medication which I had paid for and then made to Suffer another evening with Knee pain. Shocking staff Shocking Service and deffo not be going back there?

Absolutely disgusting completely pathetic, how these people get paid when they can?t answer a phone is beyond me. Never use the lid company again heart problems just have a heart attack they couldn?t care less. Really disgusting, wish I could put 0

What has happened?Tried several times to pick up my prescription but each time the queue hasn't moved in 15 mins and people had been waiting for over 40 mins.Rubbish and will be looking to change pharmacy

Orders prescription 8days before. Called to collect about 12 people waiting the staff had no idea what too do. Had customers writing on post it notes with their name and why they there. After about one hour they had not found my prescription. I went too doctors and got the codes and I eventually got my items after one and half hours. One of staff gave me prescription for someone else . Total shambles and dangerous

Went at 5.30pm yesterday after work, after being referred by my GP for a blocked ear. They said they would have a look and if needed refer me back to the GP. Was told to come back at 8pm as they were so busy. Came back at 8pm and there was a sign on the door saying they would not see any more patients, people stood outside who urgently needed medication such as morphine. After 15 minutes they came to the door and let (some) of us in. The lady took me into a room and recommended an off the shelf remedy without even looking at me or in my ear.Absolute waste of time, I will be changing pharmacy. How they can leave people waiting days without important medications and then just shut up shop when they like I have no idea.

Prescription on delivery constantly never turned up. Due to it being put in puck up. Absolute nightmare trying to ring they never answer phone tried for 3 days.. you go in chemist and sometimes you can be stood there for ages while staff are chatting ignoring customers it was a really good chemist when it first opened.
