First time that I've been to Kwik Fit on Dickson Road.Was attended to promptly and the mechanic was polite and fully explained the issue. Work was completed within the hour while I waited. Could do with a coffee machine though ?

Whenever the service manager Dan is on duty you get a grade A service, without fail, every time. His conduct and customer friendly approach is exemplary, I've never seen it anywhere else! Was informed was double booked and likely to be half a day to get the car back.However, Scott called me an hour later and had done a fantastic job turning it around whilst the team was on tight timelines and workloads.From a poor start, he did well to fix it and I appreciated that.I have been a customer for probably 14... read full comment
