Needed a new mattress due to back problems and had a budget in mind.. I was served by Aaron, who was very helpful, friendly and accommodating with my budget and also helped me establish the type of mattress I needed by using the Dreams Sleep Match. What a fantastic experience and made all the better by Aaron?s helpful and friendly manner. I?m delighted with my purchase.

Debra was very helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel at home, she offered us a brew and made our daughter feel important(Mattress was for her). Debra made sure Our daughter was happy with the Mattress- nothing was to much trouble for her - she is a great asset to Dreams. We will be back to purchase a Mattress for ourselves later in the year.

Just had a long conversation with Aaron by phone re a query about a problem with our bed, he was being very thorough and determined to sort it out for me . After about 10 minutes we both realised I hadn't even purchased the bed from them but a rival company...I wish we had, i just know the problem would have been sorted there and then. Thank you Aaron for all your help and will definitely buy from you next time while enjoying a free coffee :)

Just bought a new bed, mattress, and bedside tables from dreams. I have to say Melanie was amazing from start to finish. On my first visit, she explained the choices I had with the type of mattress I needed, my second visit we went through different beds and help me choose one that could be perfect for my room, as I was a little unsure she suggested that I bring in my throw and carpet sample from my bedroom so I could dress the bed! Nothing is to much trouble for this lady or her colleagues that also came to help and offer advice. What an amazing team ? they are all very friendly, helpful and just like popping in to see old friends...

We went into this store today and were greeted by a young lady with a hello. We browsed for about 20 minutes. Whilst we were in the store another couple came in and the assistant helped them straight away. They left before we did. Still standing looking at pillows the assistant made no effort to approach us or to ask us if we required any assistance. I was very disappointed with the service and left without making a purchase even though we?d found the pillows we required. Such a shame.

Check your dash cam footage of your driver delivering around the common edge road area at around 8.45 am this morning so you can see him completely ignoring the roundabout at the junction of Highfield Road and Common edge. Didn't even slow down or check to see if there was any traffic on the roundabout, causing myself and the car behind me to anchor up before he wiped us out....

Brilliant customer service, was guided to the sleepmatch machine, given a list of appropriate matches to my body, Aaron gave me a pillow to try some of the displays available. Great interaction. Thank you very to Burger Face, Hannibal, Krab Hands and Dangerous Deb's.

Excellent customer service. Aaron was brilliant at helping us find the perfect mattress using the sleepmatch and a beautiful new bed. He was so welcoming and we left very happy. Seamless experience as all I knew was I needed a new mattress and had no clue what type. The machine measured me and suggested 2 mattresses, bot of which felt really comfortable and with Debbie's help we got the product I required. Looking forward to a really comfortable sleep on delivery day.

I received an excellent service at Dreams Blackpool when ordering a new mattress. On entering the shop I was greeted by Melanie who asked what I was looking for and offered to show me around. She offered me a drink and explained about the bedmatch service which I chose to undertake. She was really helpful and pleasant throughout the whole experience and possessed a good knowledge of the mattresses. Her colleague Deb was equally pleasant and helpful. I will have no hesitation in recommending Dreams Blackpool to friends and family.

Exceptional customer service. The staff here were attentive, helpful, knowledgable, and not pushy?..I did however end up spending more than I planned lol Stacey & Mel in particular were brilliant??nothing seemed too much trouble, and they were extremely friendly and approachable. Cannot recommend them, or Dreams in Blackpool enough??biscuits are a bit dodgy though ???follow up to this, visited again, saw Mel again and bought a mattress cover?..she remembered the Guinea Pigs the granddaughter had recently got. Customer service done right!
