I am not commenting on the store here, but my experience at the post office.I was posting a package to the US and I know it usually cost around £13-14, the lady behind the desk charger me £18.50, I said this isn't correct, She re-weighed it and said yes that's the price. With people waiting I didn't want an argument so paid it. When I got home I realised I had been charged for a parcel, when I was posting a large letter. She could see the size of the box, and never made any effort to check sizes etc. So I over paid over £5!I also had an poor experience there at New Year, when I took an item to be sent by Special delivery. When I got home I realised the customers shipping address was different, so I rushed back and asked if I could re-label the small parcel. The lady said I could no problem, but would have to charge me again! I asked why she couldn't cancel the first transaction and refund me, but she said no. So I had to pay double (£7.50x2) even though the item hadn't left the shop! I felt completely ripped off. So I wont be using this branch again, I think the lady really needs to be more thorough at her job! Over charging people is not on...... sorry for the rant but it's been bugging me.
