Turned up to store at opening time. Store in darkness. Returned a few hours later on our way home, only for the lights to be on, but shutters down and no staff visible. We unfortunately missed our chance to purchase items and neighbouring shops had no idea why it wasn't open.

Myself and my bestie Jesse visited to have our ears pierced and Sarah (Manager) and Ben were the best! She sorted out a great deal for us on second pair of earrings alongside the piercings and didn't mind they ran over closing time! Great people, great conversation and the best service! I have been into Claires Blackpool several times over past few weeks,the assistants are so polite, helpful & knowledgeable about the stock.Sarah & Ben are only to willing to help with anything needed.Sarah & Ben are two smashing employees & absolutely make me want to go into Claires when I need to purchase items.Thanks Sarah & Ben

I was on holiday in Blackpool from Scotland last month, and had recently been thinking of getting my ears pierced again after they healed up years ago. And I?m so glad I went to Claire?s - I was really impressed with the professionalism of the two assistants (I think one was in training). Everything was explained to me; because of scar tissue, the original holes could not be used. Her knowledge of the physiology of the ear structure was so reassuring, and I have been following the aftercare which was so well explained to me. Well done!

I would have given this a 5 star, but I had to knock off a star because they were mega busy with only one staff member running the whole show! I had to wait a while to be served but when I finally was the assistant was very friendly very chatty, and helpful also I do think this store needs security as I was told my the assistant she had quite a few things stolen that day due to no staff! Can't be good with a massive sale on with the run up to Christmas, I felt like staying and giving her a hand.

The manager ( a lovely American lady) sorry I didn't get her name, pierced my ears this morning.Talk about above and beyond service and such a genuinely lovely lady not just with me but all her customers.I am thrilled with my third piercing in each ear and my earrings.I highly recommend them

Got my daughters ears pierced friday 26th of August ~ for free!! ( had to buy earrings but £22 is still CHEAP ) The two ladies who tended to us were totally helpful, completely lovely & the SALES made it feel like Claires used to be.We will be back!!

My 10 year old daughter had her ears pierced here on 4/7/22, we were seen by Sarah, she explained everything, went through all the earring choices, totally put my daughter at ease. My daughter had been asking for months to have her ears pierced for her birthday and was so excited - so I was a little anxious, I didn?t want anything to go wrong or for her to hurt and then flatten her whole experience. Sarah was amazing, preparation, cleanliness, explanations- everything was completely professional, friendly and definitely suitable for children.I would absolutely recommend this store/service, and I hope that Claire?s know what a valuable employee they have in Sarah.We returned to the store a couple of weeks later and she remembered my daughter, even remembered her name and everything.My daughter chose gold 3mm studs, with 3 week healing solution- they look lovely on her. We are so happy that this was an enjoyable and exciting experience for my daughter.Thank you Sarah ?
