First of all I would like to say there?s a wonderful fella named Kyle who is friendly and pleasant who is very helpful in locating any item you may wish to look at and he?ll give you his honest opinion before you buy . He is very knowledgeable on products in his store .On the other hand , my wife popped into this store last week and was served by a staff member who was the total opposite and didn?t know how to speak in the aquired tone required when working with the general public . I don?t expect any different or preferential treatment by no means but please speak to your customers in the way you?d like to be spoken to . If your the staff member who behaved this way towards my wife , go and enrol in a course where you?ll be taught how to serve your customers in the correct manner or even better , watch , observe and listen to how Kyle works , you?ll learn a great deal !
