“In this area there are 4 petrol stations one of which is a euro garage outlet which is good, but Pennine for me is the best of the 4 available. The staff are welcoming and efficient, the store is always clean and tidy, and petrol price is competative for the area”

“Cheapest fuel in Blackburn yesterday, even cheaper than the nasty Asda stuff down the road. When everyone is elevating prices because of a false invasion, they kept there cool! Friendly staff and manual car waash at £1 a time for 5 mins I think is a bargain”

“I check the prices for diesel frequently and asda always comes up as the cheapest in Blackburn. The only downside is that they don't do a premium fuel. It's also completely self serve, so you will have to have a card with you to pay at the pump”

“Fuel was average price for the area. Well stocked but pricey store. Regarding staff, some are very polite and efficient and others are just efficient but not at all personable and could do with some customer service instilling in them.”

“The night staff here are fantastic! I often visit after work between 11pm and 1am and due to the incredible staff find myself actively going for a chat and a catch up with the staff while they work the nightshift. Aneesa, Sarah and Jen are incredible; having a familiar face to see after a long shift is always great, and these 3 never dissapoint. I can say that their attitude and dedication to customer service has undoubtedly made me choose to shop here after work, rather than just heading straight home. It's fantastic that it's 24hours, but that's only made effective by the welcome of the three mentioned rather than a typical, grumpy nightshift worker. I spend ridiculous amounts of time chatting with them at ridiculous hours of the morning, but this never gets in the way of them completing what needs doing, serving other customers and ensuring a job well done. The change to Londis hasn't been one that's looked on positively, and I think many will agree the M&S is missed, but like I say, it's down to these 3 that the business still has my custom, and I'm sure that's the same for so many people. The shop itself is always clean, tidy and as mentioned the staff are attentive. The price of petrol is locally famous as being more expensive than anywhere else, but factoring in convenience helps subside that negative - but I just wanted to focus the review on the Aneesa, Sarah and Jen to show appreciation for their company and laughs, and hope that management can see this and appreciate what I hope are extremely valued members of staff.”

“I do not live in the area but travel from another county so stop to fill up My car.I find that it is easy to get next to the pumps and fill up.plenty of space beside parked cars filling up to allow other cars to drive past (hopefully carefully). There was one gentleman at the till and I found him friendly smiling and asked if I needed anything else.Payment was quick and easy and very efficient. He DID PAY attention to those that came in to buy sweets drinks... coffee etc even if they did not fill up with petrol...Queuing in line gives Me no problem.... if they were ahead of Me which has happened, the tiller pays attention to his "next " customer in line which he did this time..Left him smiling and waving Me as I drove off.would recommend it.thank you.”

“Asda is a great for doing online shopping & for getting things in the shop. Food shopping & also clothes shopping from Goerge. They have lots of variety of items. Only thing is prices are going up all the time & thats not a good thing. Really need to cut down on there prices & it will be a good shopping experience for all. They have a reward system too so you can save up & treat yourself. Its a good system for people to save money for christmas or any special occasion to buy food or gifts”
