Went in with the intention of buying a smart watch. Most sales people were on their phones ,when I asked for some help the girl was rude .Walked out and purchased elsewhere online .

Closed 10 mins early chatting away to each other not letting us collect a laptop. If your closing time is 8 pm it should be 8 pm not 10 mins early!

Visited Blackburn branch on 7.1.24. There were a lot of staff and few customers. After asking for help, someone said he'd be with us in a moment. We waited 30mins and he hadn't returned after which we asked another member of staff for help and he pointed to a label on the shelf, said "read that" and walked off. TV commercial misleads the customer - the staff at Blackburn are certainly not gurus. Staff also havn't had any training on customer care!

I bought my first laptop here and I love it , served well and I understood what I was picking with their staff guidance. I might as well get my whole work station complete.Secondly I got a good Samsung curved monitor which is all good, I love it. Next it will be a printer, I hope there are white boards too.

I'll Never Use Currys Again.I've just bought a phone bundle from them which came to just short of £1400.However the phone is faulty and needs replacing. Because I ordered online I tried to get the issue resolved over live chat but all I got was an automated system which did nothing to help me.I then tried to call the help line and after waiting forever and a day to get through, I was greeted by someone that could barely speak English. They were very rude and not helpful in the slightest and said that I had to send the entire bundle back and if they find any issues they would send me a replacement in two weeks time.I explained that I need the phone for work and personal reasons and I can't go for two weeks without one. I also explained that I don't have a spare one that I can use. Again the man was very rude and said that's just policy and that's my problem to resolve.When I asked for his name and location he said some name that I could never pronounce and he said he's based in Cape town (Africa).I went on to say that they were quick enough to take my money and they managed to get my original order to me the following day so why can't I get a replacement the following day.Again he just kept saying it's policy.At this point I hung up the phone as I wasn't getting anywhere.I then decided to visit my local store (Blackburn) where I was told by a manager that unfortunately they can't do anything at all to help me as the system overrides them and that I will have to sort it via the help line. He even quoted Little Britain and said "Computer Says No"So as things stand I'm either stuck with a faulty phone or I'm going to have to go out and buy another one to use while Currys takes two weeks to sort out this faulty one.It's disgusting customer service and Currys needs to start getting it sorted out i.e staff that can actually take action and be able to speak the language of the customers they are dealing with.Currys for many years was always a reliable company with a good reputation however, that has quickly changed and I for one will no longer be using them.

Excellent Customer Service from Yasin at the Blackburn store- information and time given was really helpful in making our decision for a perfect TV in our new home. Also the Manager Osman was Friendly and professional throughout the sale was a fanastic Buy. 65" Samsung QES90 4K Ultra21/11/23

Not keen on the first sales person. Only interested in selling a more expensive television, with more features than we needed and it wasn't even working so not able to demonstrate the extra features or substantiate the superior picture quality as claimed. The second sales person was much more helpful. He was prepared to listen to our requirements and was able to put together a package that satisfied all parties. Which resulted in a sale.
