Worst delivery service there is. they don't leave parcels if your not there? (Like every other delivery service does) you then have to collect from them and they are only open 8am -10am which is useless to most people because they will be at work. Total shambles, it doesn't work and it's for those reasons I hope I never have to deal with this company again. I mean seriously there is multiple reviews saying this?... Which idiots running this are not listening? Because they need replacing? Clearly not taking on feedback from their customers.

Always polite and very pleasant staff manning the serving hatch.3 stars as opening hours are very limited. Also the area to stand, queue, wait in is a door widths wide by approximately 2mtrs long which means 2-3 people in there gets a bit cramped.If you like a bit of personal space in a public place this is not the ideal.Should be 5 stars for the staff and service and 1 for the facility and 1 for the operating hours.

Tried to collect my parcel this morning. 8am until 10.00am is not long enough during the week. No good if working. Why not include an afternoon opening or better still include an early evening opening slot.

Anytime I have attended the office, not often, staff seem ok, but I would like to say a big thank you to Jayne my post lady, she is a credit to Royal Mail, always smiling, helpful, ?knows my post? ie where to put if not in. She definitely deserves a pay rise, pleasant but still professional.Thank you Ambledene

Lovely staff and great customer service 8th October 22. Went to pick up a parcel and young lady served my Mum. Because the parcel hadn?t arrived back to the office she rang the post woman and arranged for it to be delivered on the way back from her round. This was well above and beyond in my opinion delivered with a smile. Thanks so much for your great help from 10 Lonsdale Chase! ???

My mail man always screws up or folds envelopes before posting through letterbox. My mother spoke to him this morning and asked him if he could not fold up the envelopes or scrunch them up while posting. He replied with, "well, I can always leave them on your doorstep!" While walking away. I'm sorry, but this is not the way a postman should be dealing with this. He could of just said, ok I will try my best not to do it in the future.Very disappointed with the attitude of him he should learn about customer service.

2 hours only to collect your parcel open 8 - 10a.m because won't leave parcels unlike every other delivery/courier company.Unreal in this day & age, like a football match people trying get items sent by Royal Mail, really gone down hill.

The staff are wonderful but the opening hours are a joke. Who the hell is able to get there to pick up a parcel when they only open at 8 and close 2 hours later?
