I tried on three different days to pick up my prescription, and every time the pharmacy was closed due to lack of staff. Today it took me 90 minutes. This included queueing to get to the desk to ask about my prescription which had been faxed over by my doctors 10 days ago. Instead of just picking it up having already been bagged, The gentleman behind the counter said it just needs to be checked by the pharmacist. It was only on pressing the gentleman after about 15 minutes that he said he told me half an hour wait, this was not true and that The pharmacist was taking a break, And the 30 minute wait turned into 50 minutes. And after two people who came in after me waiting for the prescriptions got theirs, I asked the lady and she said oh yes it?s been bagged up and just handed it to me.\\nI have never experienced such a bad service. Needless to say I will never ever go there again. Got home and changed my pharmacy straightaway for collections.

My elderly father has dosetts from this pharmacy monthly? but after excuse after excuse every month of them not being done and asked to come back constantly by the manager..I?m done with Lloyds? the manager is rude and extremely disrespectful trying to guilt shame me in front of customers by saying ? she?s spent enough time with me ? even when I?ve done my lengthy queuing ( like everyone else)? and only spoke with me for minutes.\\nI?ve even spoke to customer service and they assured me that they would speak with this manager and get them to send the prescriptions back to ? the spine? straight away so my father wouldn?t be left with no medication again?. It still hasn?t been done!\\nTo say I?m gobsmacked by this managers behaviour and unprofessional attitude is an understatement!\\nI was also told to go and ring the ? suppliers ?!!! Isn?t my job to chase suppliers!

Absolute shambles, Poor service and staff who don't seem to know what is going on. Went for a flu vaccination and asked to come back an hour later after already waiting, came back and had to leave after waiting for another 30 minutes after not being seen.

I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. The limited staff try their best but there's always long queues, they make excuses all the time, never have specific items stocked and need to order in even when prescriptions have been sent days and up to a week or so in advance. They simply need more staff, better system and communication between gp surgeries. I've never had a prescription ready when it should be ready in over a year. Lloyds seriously need to sort this out, the amount of money they make im sure they can afford more staff to provide better customer service for those who require regular medication for their overall health

If I could give them zero stars, I would.Being a type 1 diabetic, it is imperative that I never run out of my medication, so I always give at least a weeks' notice before I pick up my prescription, despite the recommended 48 hours required by the GP.Every single time I arrive at the pharmacy, there is ALWAYS a problem: They have to come back 3-4 times to double check my name, they don't seem to know what prescription I am talking about, my prescription isn't ready or my items aren't in stock.IT'S A JOKE! - You're not just toying with peoples' medical treatments, you're playing with their lives! And today I overheard the most shocking thing - one of your staff members was walking around, behind the counter, hands on hips, just staring at the shelves; she must have been having a conversation with her colleagues; and she said "we don't give out head offices' number, because we don't encourage complaints!"WELL NO WONDER! - the service is slow, and completely incompetent

Seen a lot of negatives on here but to redress the balance, they've always helped me out with prescriptions, they get things through when it's been held up elsewhere, they have things in stock. Can't fault the pharmacy.

Useless, if I could give them zero stars I would. They owe you an item, from your prescription, you go back 5 days later to collect, they can not get the item. You are then told to source the item yourself from another pharmacy and to contact your doctors for another prescription. Could not have given a dam, it?s lucky I can do this and I drive. If this had been an older person, who knows.

Booked a flu jab by appointment.. arrived at pharmacy only to be told they had run out of flu jabs. No contact received before to cancel the appointment. Total waste of time!! Book elsewhere

Always get my father's prescription wrong. Never answer the phone. Doctors surgery try and deal with them directly and they still can't get things right. Dire.
