Ordered necklace from Argos purely because it stated that it would be in store by 09:00 am. After it was ordered and paid for we received an Email stating it wouldn't arrive in store until 16:00 pm . Never heard from them until after that time so had to phone them, only to be told that it wouldn't be in store until tomorrow at the earliest. This item was due to be presented to the recipient tonight. She will be very disappointed. I should have gone to Amazon. Andy Drew

Do not buy large heavy items from this branch. They were quite happy to sell us a washing machine but wouldn't help get it to the door, wouldn't allow us to pick it up from the delivery doors and four members of staff stood and watched as we lifted a 64kg washing machine into a Sainsbury trolley to get it to the car. Manager asked why we didn't bring a sack barrow. I can't print my reply to her. Very poor service and attitude even worse.

I was attempting to collect my click and collect orders which I had already paid for online at around 5pm today. I went in as usual after waiting in the queue and I was greeted by a young man with brown hair who was incredibly rude as I tried to collect my order. I have never experienced such a rude employee before in my life, having collected many times from the Argos before. He did not treat my items with care, which upset me as I had paid in full for these before collecting. All the other employees were nice but if you come across this young man, steer clear!

Argos Click n Collect is inside Sainsbury's. I was informed Argos customers are required to join the Lockdown Sainsbury's queue to enter the building. Over 100 people waiting for access in 27c heat. Returned home, cancelled order, sat in the garden with a long drink.

Placed an order with Argos that is inside Sainsburys, so just to collect you have to queue outside for over 1h, and then queue inside for another 40min in Argos! What a joke! I get it about Covid-19 situation but you shouldn?t have to queue twice just to collect an order! Complained..but they said it?s Saindburys rules, ridiculous!

Worst experience on Christmas Eve, store busy with customers, 2 lanes being used, I queued for over 30mins only to be told I'm in the wrong que !!! I had ordered my son's present online but never had made payment, the que I was in was fast track, no clear notice for customers knowing which que was which, was told to que again in the other, I had my family in the car waiting for me... I tried to talk with Assistance manager, he wasn't interested and totally ignored me. I had no time as we were going to friends that evening. My son missed out on his present he wanted, the other que was probably 1hr 30mins waiting time.I probably wasn't the only one that evening, I just wished the manager listened and payed me some respect , he needed experience in customer care..definitely will not be using that store again will call into store if they listen..very very poor service
