Generally always well stocked, very clean and staff always very friendly. My only bugbear is they often run out of reptile food. But other than that well done!

My little dog thought it was funny to have a poo just inside the door on Jollyes welcome mat ?, within seconds a young girl appeared saying don't worry I can clean that up " love her. I apologised non stop I was so embarrassed ? but she was calm just said don't worry it often happens. Although I found them a little expensive...

Just bought a new puppy and the shop floor advisor was very helpful advising me on different products and advice for puppies in general , she gave brilliant customer service .
