Alison is a big asset to this store. She was rushed off her feet with click and collect orders but stopped to help us locate a rug which we wouldn't find on the shelves. She went above and beyond to locate the item and was friendly and sincere throughout our interaction. Thank you Alison!

Good shop which is having a face lift now so shut being moved round. Parking can get full up at times. Helpful staff.

Asked for 2 coffees which took ages because the 3 members of staff were chatting and totally ignored us. They carried on chatting whilst serving us which was very rude!!

Ok .. average sort of place ..plenty of choice . But nothing amazing. Pausa cafe was as bit mad! Get more staff! Tables filled with other people's dirty crockery.one person trying to make the drinks! Crazy! Despite this. Coffee when it did come was very good and the apple pie delicious! ..

Great shop with lovely cafe, but the queues are always horrendous.Never enough checkouts open, and the queue regularly goes back up the shop.

First time visit for. Amazing selection of items for the home. The only negative for me is the car park. Very haphazard feeling. Probably because it is quite small and a lot of people trying to use it.

Let me start by saying I love homeware shopping or simply browsing in Dunelm, both instore and online. So it is with great reluctance that I have given only 4?? but I feel it appropriate based on my recent visit.This Dunelm was my local store over 10 years ago but it has changed.All the products I wanted to look at were available instore but all over the place....very few neat displays nor were there clear designated department areas, except for lighting and rugs. I spent more time looking for the "rest of the range" of silicon bakeware than I did viewing the products! Reminded me of a jumble sale or everything must go stock clearance! Perhaps the store is being refurbed and Im being harsh.However, there are great items sold here at very reasonable prices, with some not more expensive than a year ago.Ample free parking and a large lift for easy access to the first floor rather than use the stairs. There is a Pausa Cafe here which I have not tried and customer toilets too.

Took products back to store from an online order to be returned. The sales assistant did the refund and said I?d receive an email confirmation and that the refund would go back to my original payment method. I didn?t receive the email confirmation and now have no proof of the refund being processed. Dunelm Customer Services have tried to contact the store multiple times and can?t get through. Appalling customer services.
