I spoke on the phone and agreed a 1 year lease, a rep visited unannounced lied to another director stating I agreed a 7 year lease for a £200 machinethen they charged us huge service fees, increased top up fees then £1000s to get out the contractAvoid at all costs

A double glazing sales type company that are scamming businesses. Totally unsatisfactory services and high pressure sales tactics where the sales person lies about everything - free ink, consumables, etc and then doesn't respond. They don't fill in contracts, don't give you terms and conditions, ask you to sign and then say head office will fill the details in for you'. These are all scam tactics and unthinkable in this day and age. When you complain they put the phone down, shout, threaten you with charges and never reply. I have had an employee go off sick now due to their nasty trading tricks so will be taking this up legally. I used to run sales training - none of their sales people would have got near a client. Sales tactics come top down. The directors - Peter Georgiou and Len Fletcher - should hang their heads in shame The sales person who visited my company site last year was Ellis Jones - who was inebriated on both occassions according to staff and a bully.

Absolute ignorance towards the client. We have gotten nothing but issues, especially when it came to cancelling the contract after sticking it out for almost 4 years with them. Our replies were ignored and our cancellation notices had gotten a single reply overall saying to forward this further by the continuously lying account manager by the name of Alec Sharp. This is still ongoing from the 2nd of March for almost 3 months.

They are crooks, they sold us a contract with £75 rental for their standard machines, then we saw them offering it for £10 monthly. We called and asked about it and they offered us the deal not knowing that one of their crook sales reps absolutely rinsed us. I told them we were paying £75/month for years they said there's nothing they can do (obviously because I was in a big contract) and that the sales rep left the company and they are "sorry". Now they're sending more charges. The nerve!If you decide to go with this awful company, be careful, read the small print and don't get scammed like us. Personally I'd be very cautious entering any contracts with these people as, especially if you value trust and ethics. If they have a chance to rob you blind they will, no question!Also be wary of hidden charges that arise from nowhere with no prior warning, like limit your number of postage downloads per year/month that they will let you pass your limit and bill you later.

I used a rival previously, very well known company, and they were rubbish. Really happy with FP, there's always someone who knows what they'[re talking about and they're very friendly too.

From the sales call through to set up - every indivdual spoken to went above and beyond to ensure all ran smoothly and they kept in touch through the process without making you feel 'hassled'. Highly recommend.
